ET4Digital aims to increase the quality, effectiveness and innovation of the training of trainers and teachers in the field of digital technologies. Innovative tools and professional training courses will be developed so that properly trained trainers and teachers can support the digital transition of SMEs.
The main activities to be carried out will be the development of innovative tools and the co-design of a capacity building programme for the teaching staff (trainers and teachers), to improve their competences and skills, and to foster the breaking down the barriers that prevent SMEs from adopting digital technologies. In addition, these tools will be tested through several pilot activities with members of the trainers' community and then validated in the seven participating countries (Italy, Greece, Germany, Estonia, North Macedonia, Austria and Spain).
The three main topics addressed by ET4Digital are digital content and pedagogical practices, digital skills and competences, and digital transformation planning and implementation.
