The ‘rePOWER’ project creates a alliance of stakeholders from higher education, Vocational Education and Training (VET), Continuing Vocational Training (CVT), business and public sector representatives who will work together to accelerate skills upgrading and innovation in training related to heating and cooling systems.
Thus, the partnership addresses several societal and economic challenges, such as climate change, energy security and skills mismatches, as the demand for qualified professionals in climate-neutral heating and cooling systems has started to increase exponentially, highlighting the need to introduce specialised training in the higher education and VET system.
Main results
